Car Rental – Documents
What are the documents requested for car rental ?
- Valid national driver’s license held for at least 1 year. Citizens other than the E.E. should also present a valid international driver’s license along with the one issued at their country.
- Europian I.D card or passport or ID (with Roman script
- Valid credit card e.g. (VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX), even if the rental is paid in cash
- Booking code for any reservation made in our website or a copy of the booking confirmation mail you received.
Are there special requirements for Driving Licence?
National driving licence held for at least a year. Citizens other than the E.E. should also present a valid international driver’s license along with the one issued at their country.
How old should I be to rent a car ?
All drivers must be fulfill our minimal age requirements, meaning 23 years old and more and have held a clean drivers license for at least a year for driving the Omega Hellas vehicles. Omega Hellas allows driving the luxury or large vehicles of its fleet, meaning categories E + only to drivers of 26 years old and more. (learn more…)
Additional drivers are allowed to the rental ?
Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement. Omega Hellas allows 1st additional driver free from charge. In case of more additional drivers, as with your own vehicle insurance policy, additional driver insurance has higher fee, so there will be a charge of Additional Driver as mentioned to rental terms and conditions
Can I book a specific car brand/model/fuel type?
Although we have a wide variety of vehicles in our vehicle park, specific brands, models or specific fuel cannot be guaranteed. Vehicle images placed on the web and in your voucher are examples only and may be substituted by any other vehicle within the group similar to the one you have booked.
However, we do accept bookings for specific car brand/model/fuel type given that the reservation is made at least two months before the start rental date, especial during high seasons.
