Car Insurances

Car rental rate automatically includes third party liability insurance which provides driver with coverage on:

• Bodily injury to persons other than the driver; and
• On property damage to anything other than the Omega Hellas vehicle.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Collision Damage Waiver is included into car rental rate and reduces your financial responsibility for damage to the Omega Hellas vehicle,  up to the amount of an non Waivable excess, in accordance with the car model as referred in the rental agreement. It does not cover theft, attempted theft or vandalism.   It is valid provided that the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement

* If CDW is declined, you will be responsible for the whole damage amount.

If you choose to rely on your credit card for cover, please make sure that you have fully read and understood the terms and conditions of any cover provided by your credit card company, before you decline any of our optional services. So, should you suffer a mishap during your rental period, we will charge the amount of the excess, regardless of whether you subsequently can derive this amount to the provider of the credit card or any other private insurance.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Bodily injury to the driver

P.A.I fee    2 euros/day

Theft Protection (TP)

Theft Protection reduces your financial liability for loss of, or damage to Omega Hellas vehicle, due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement .

T.P. fee : 4 euros/day

Super Cover

Super Cover will waive your limited liability with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP). This will waive you from any responsibility for damage to, or loss of the Safefly vehicle, holding no concerns about rented vehicle.

Please note that as a general rule Super Cover insurance covers any damage to the Omega Hellas vehicle except contributory negligence. Examples of contributory negligence include:

• driving on non-authorized roads or under alcohol or drug effect,
• contamination of fuel,
• loss of keys,
• traffic fines,
• damage of optional items such as GPS, child seat or any other additional element within this category

Super Cover Fee

•  15€ more than CDW, for every rental day for groups A to E1
• 25€ more than CDW, for every rental day for group Ε1+
• 30€ more than CDW, for every rental day for group  J*
• 40€ more than CDW, for every rental day for group MPV, 8seats, 9seats
